INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE:  When you contact us, we ask for personal information (such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address and billing information).  We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you via telephone, regular mail or e-mail based on your request for our service or information.  Third party contracted partners may be contacted for purposes of providing additional services relating to our communications with you.

INFORMATION SECURITY:  We take appropriate security measures to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our company.  These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, processing practices and security measures to guard against unauthorized access where we store personal data.  We restrict access to personal information to our staff who need to know that information in order to operate and improve our services.  These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination if they fail to meet these obligations.
